Matthew B. Hall, DMD

Dr. HallDr. Matthew B. Hall was born in San Pedro, California, and received his undergraduate degree from UCLA. He received his dental degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. He completed his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Hall then received his medical degree and completed his general surgery internship at Hahnermann Medical College and Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Hall was a professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Florida in Gainesville from 1978-1990. He then was Chairman of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Kentucky from 1990-1995. Dr. Hall has authored many articles for professional journals and has authored chapters which have appeared in several textbooks. In addition to his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Hall has received advanced training in facial cosmetic surgery. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is board certified.

Dr. Hall is affiliated with Florida Hospital. He is a member of numerous professional organizations; the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Association of Dental Schools, the American Association of Implant Dentistry, the American Medical Association, the Florida Dental Association and the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Hall and his wife Donna, have two children, Amanda and Preston, and they live in the Orlando area. Dr. Hall enjoys many outdoor activities and is an avid long-distance runner, triathlete, and has done several ironman triathlons.
